[Dips his head down. The horns are uncomfortably warm to the touch.]

[Standing up so she can reach to grab both his horns! She tugs lightly at them as if making sure they're real and then pats her hands on her dress.]

Cute... [at a hell demon. why is her idea of cute this way.] Told you my fingers weren't sticky.

[Straightens back up.]

Though I accept everything on the spectrum between fear and awe.

Heehee. [sitting back down on the floor where all her crayons are, though.] Do you have a favorite color?

The orange of an open flame.

[MAKING A FACE] Fire's no good. That's not safe. [But she's finding and holding out an orange crayon anyway.]

Safety is for weaklings. Fire is the only true beauty.

[Takes the orange crayon. It starts to melt in his fingers.]

Hey!

[face-making intensifies]

You can't color with me if you're gonna melt all my crayons.

[Smears a handprint down the wall, digging in his nails to make long gouges in between the blobs of orange.]

This is my art. You can't make an omelet without melting a few crayons.

[scribbly]

We're not making omelets, we're making drawings. [it's like you don't know anything jeez!!! she's gathering up all her crayons about as aggressively as someone can do that.] That's dumb. Don't touch my crayons anymore.
