Life support is fully operational throughout the ship. Bridge crew, please proceed to the bridge to view the full damage report.

((Characters are free to explore the ship. I'll answer whatever questions are posed to the computer, but it doesn't get replies so poke me if I don't seem to notice. o/

ETA: Assume the engine room is locked off for now!))

[He steps through the doors into the sick bay as soon as they open, starting to examine the room and its contents. But as soon as the voice reaches the last sentence, he pauses.]

Damage report?

Voice... which way is the bridge?

The ship has sustained damage. The computer has sustained damage. The crew has sustained damage.

To reach the bridge, go through the door at the end of the hallway. Pass through the medical bay. Take a right. Go to the end of the hallway.

[Heading over to the bridge and listening in quietly.]

[okay well while you guys are off being productive and getting answers, time to TEAR THE PLACE APART, FUCK ADULT SUPERVISION

meaning: she's running around all over the ship and tearing through everything she can reach and carelessly clambering onto things she can't, sometimes seeming like she's looking for something and other times just distracted by the latest shiny thing.]

[This guy has discovered some doors labeled "CREW QUARTERS," one of which opens when he walks past it. It's right next to the one that opens for you.]

All crew members, report to the bridge.

[Shows up here with some bland smile because he's not sure how to be feeling right now.]

[It probably takes her ages to get here because she's easily distracted, easily lost, and not entirely sure which room the bridge is. But she gets bored pretty quickly with everyone gone...]

Is this where everyone went..? What's in here?

What, are we taking role-call or is there an emergency the computer is being blasé about?

[ Hi, he's late because he took the time to try and get new clothes, but in the end decided slacks and shirtless is the best option. ]

[The redhead is fiddling with the clothing printer. He's made himself a fetching hat, which he promptly puts on.]

Ooookay, I guess we're listening to a mystery voice now.

It kinda seems like it's in charge of there being, like... air and heat. So I think we should listen to it.

It knows more about what's going on that anyone else right now.

I don't want to take chances about the ship not having everything it needs to function.

[A LITTLE WHILE LATER]

Evening, mates! This is your Captain speaking—Captain Charming. Good to meet ya, but before we get caught up in introductions I got a couple of questions for you.

Number one: Where do we want to go?

Number two: What do we want to do?

The ideas I've got so far are to just find the closest land we can, and trying to figure out who we are and why we're here. If anyone's got any other ideas, I want to hear 'em. This is top priority information the computer's askin' for, so it's probably a good idea to make sure we like the answers we give it.

How am I supposed to provide an answer without remembering a damn thing? My vote is going somewhere less dull. Your idea sounds close enough to the target.

Gathering information and finding the nearest land both sound reasonable to me.

If we need to, we can always adjust our plans later.

[Carne has found the food machine and is scrolling through the options trying to find something recognizable.]

...Ah. Apparently I've forgotten what food is supposed to look like.

Suddenly I don't feel all that hungry.

[All this dumb adult stuff has gotten pretty boring so Rose is clambering around the rec room, occasionally knocking things over in the process. Between this and her earlier adventures this place is kind of a huge mess?? Eventually she sort of figures out how to make the computers work but she's mostly just...hitting the screens with her entire hand and seeing what happens......... Her face is scrunching up in frustration the longer this goes on.]

[Later, after he's done cataloging the ship's rooms, he's going to hunch himself over in one of the bottom bunks, entirely too tall to fit properly. He's frowning down at something in his hand, prodding it with a finger. Whatever it is casts a steady green light.]
